ODA renovated a multi-family townhouse with integrated office space in the historic center of Geraardsbergen. The existing structure was preserved but opened up with a rhythmic glass façade that brings in natural light and transparency. The spaces balance old and new: classical details are paired with modern materials like polished concrete, white plaster, and a brushed steel kitchen. The result is a hybrid environment where living and working flow seamlessly into a calm, tactile whole.
